I assume they are a SCAM. Ruined my move across the country

I just gave up on shipping and drove across the country. I contacted them weeks in advance and paid the $200 down payment. I made it clear to them that I am in the navy and only had a few days available for their pickup. They never showed or called on pickup day (Fri) which I had taken off work to accommodate. I called and they said they would arrive the next day (Sat) which they didn't. I was put on hold every time I called there after. They were closed Sunday. I had to go to sea Monday through Monday and the day I returned I canceled my plane flight and drove so that I could report to my new job on time. I emailed them to report my dissatisfaction and receive my refund and got no response. I am still waiting for my money back. I would never recommend this company and am surprised that some people had vehicles successfully delivered by them.
