My situation: Parents wanted the cheapest price to ship from NY to CA. I plugged in my info online and was sent quotes from several sources. Ave price: $850-1100. This place, $750. Naturally, parents wanted $750. My contact was with Michael and through emails he wrote and explained a $190 charge would be deducted from the $750 with the balance of $560 due upon delivery. Sounds too good to be true? It was. Driver came and delivered vehicle with a Bill of Lading that stated $760 COD. Not only was it $10 over the quoted price but the driver required the full payment of $760, not $560 as previously QUOTED. Prior to driver delivering car, I had called, emailed, left voice messages all week to this company/Michael without a single reply. Luckily, I have everything documented in emails including the drivers work order sheet. My credit card company has reversed the initial payment and started an investigation. Good luck in trying to recoup the $190 charge AATT.

Obviously, they will be very accommodating in order to get your business. However, once the deal is sealed, you'll be forgotten like a fart in the wind.
