All Coast Auto transport has failed to provide a service that was promised !0/12/11. As of today my vehicle is still parked in Long Island New York. I am now in the state of Texas having to rely on other means of transportation. All Coast Auto Transport took my $200.00 deposit of the quoted cost of $850.00 on 10/12/ll. The first day available for pick up was 10/20/11. I have called many times and all I ever heard was they do not have a driver. Also the price that was quoted to me keeps being raised. I have asked to have my deposit refunded to me because they have failed to render their services in a timely manner. I have been told that they do not make refunds. I am now in the process of having this fee returned to me with my bank. I wrote another email to All Coast Auto today. This is the letter I emailed ...... This letter is to inform you that I no longer want your services I spoke with Denise this morning and Conveyed to her to remove my name from central dispatch. I also called and relayed to central dispatch to have my name remove.

I have sent you emails on several occasions and you never replied to any of them. I have called many many times and no one has been able to give me a date as to when my vehicle would be picked up. All I was told by Denise and Helen, is that your company could not fine a driver.  It is going on one month and you have failed to provide your services. Also, the price that was quoted to me and promised that it would not be raised "now" all of a sudden as been jumped up to another $200.00.

I have made a formal request with my bank to have this disputed I feel that All Coast Auto Transport is a fraudulent company who make empty promises only to get a down payment for a service that will never happen.

I am now in Texas without my car and having to relied on other ways to be able to have transportation this is an inconvenience and a added expense which is a burden especially being a single parent. I cannot just  ((((WAIT)))) until you decide to find a driver. I need my vechicle NOW the weather in New York will be getting colder and snow will be expected. I have decided to go with another company who is not requesting a down payment.

I will be making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to inform them of your fraudulent company.
