Poor me, my mother's moving in! yikes! Thank God for this company and the two people who helped me through an incredibly challenging time in my life. Jose and Gabby <3


From a distance I had to facilitate moving my 80 year old mother out of Florida and up to me in New York.....I am disabled so it all had to be done by phone. Jumping on the internet I found All Coast Auto Transport and after talking with my Lord and personal savior Jose, who answered the call, I realized "stop crying it's all going to be fine".
I never had to get a vehicle transported before so I had no idea what to do but Jose walked me through the whole thing, he listened to me patiently on the days where I was totally overwhelmed (my mother was moving in). He called to check in with every step making sure everything was going as promised.
Gabby from dispatched was yet another person from the company who went far beyond the job description and helped me in ways only the kindest and gentlest people can do.
They were able to get the car picked up on a tight deadline and delivered on the promised deadline.
I would never use ANY OTHER transport company other than All Coast and Jose and Gabby will forever go down in my book as people who not only got my mother's car to me but picked me up off the floor when I was down. Their names are written in my heart forever.
You tell me.....what companies have that in today's world?

I know this is long winded but I could go on and on about how these two people at the company saved my life.......literally. Now I just need them to follow up and come visit my family in New York so I can thank them properly with a good Italian dinner!
