Denise was completely open and honest with me about how this process worked . When I first contacted her, she explained to me that since I was not shipping for quite a few months , it was best that she follow up with me when I did want to ship so she can provide me with a more accurate quote, as opposed to the other brokers calling me and trying to get me to lock in deals with them. I am glad I didn't listen to the others and waited for Denise. As promised she followed up with me to give me a price quote. We set it up and everything went smoothly. Denise always was available to me when I called. She made an otherwise stressful situation for me very easy and provided me with the best customer service I could ask for.
