There are so many companies out there - all but impossible to know who is reputable. Originally, I was going to ship a vehicle a year or so ago. I waded through the mountain of offers, emails and phone calls that you receive when you query the internet. In the end, I decided to drive the vehicle across country myself (BIG mistake - I80 in January - will never do that again!) I spoke with Kevin Gauthier during that process. I was impressed enough with him to save the email for future reference. This month I was in the same position, as I needed to ship a vehicle from North Carolina to California. I re contacted Kevin and arranged for the shipment. Kevin promptly answers the phone and answers all of your questions in an unhurried manner. There is NO pressure. There were NO unfulfilled promises made. They are very competitive: In this situation I had decided to use All Coast based on my previous contact and the current one with Kevin. I did go to one competitor just to avoid any buyer's remorse - the competitor turned out to be $215 more than the All Coast quote. The trucking company picked up the vehicle on the date and time promised. They delivered the vehicle in California on the date and time promised. Along every step of the way, Kevin stayed in communication with me, as did the trucking company. Kevin is a pleasure to deal with and everything went exactly as planned. I highly recommend All Coast Auto Transport and Kevin Gauthier in particular.
