found All Coast after reviewing many other brokers. They seemed to have the least complaints. First, as with another reviewer here said: Kevin is a big talker, he claims he works with hundreds of auto carriers. I thought great should be no problem since its about a month before my move. Keeping the review short, a week or less prior to my move, Kevin has found no one. He then calls with a transport company using a covered trailer. It costs more and I think about it and decided to use them since big talker Kevin hasn't found anyone. We agree to the dates of the 19th or 20th of March. March 17th, the driver shows up to get the cars. I said I agreed to the 19th or 20th why is the truck here two days early? My wife and I still haven't had our last days of work. The driver calls the next morning saying he was told he can get the cars. I call big talker Kevin and ask what the hell is going on? Big talker Kevin calls Karen from bats motorsports. If you ever have to encounter karen, she is very passive aggressive and seems to be bi polar. I know as I worked with many like her in the substance abuse field. Big talker Kevin then tells me he doesn't know what happened and the driver will get the cars the next day. During this time he seems to not be in control of anything going on. Big talker Kevin says after the driver gets the cars he can be there as soon as we get there, probably the 24th. The driver gets the cars on the 19th. We arrive at our destination on the 23rd and inform the driver. The driver doesn't show up until I evening of the 25th. We get our cars and the next day my wife notices her suv is scratched up. We take pictures, send to big talker Kevin and he later informs us to get estimates of the damage. Estimates are sent and instead of contacting the estimate company for better photos he asks if I can take pictures on my cell again. The pictures he complained were hard to make out. Two days later big talker Kevin calls and says he spoke with his operations manager and none of the damage was caused by the driver and his involvement is done. Even though the suv was on the top row of the carrier when it left and had been moved to the bottom so the driver could haul his buddies mustang and put it on top. I then deal with bi polar karen from bats motorsports who seemed to think I should be kissing their rear even though they caused damage to my wife's suv. Bi polar karen is the most unprofessional person you'll encounter in your life. As I've said before she's very passive aggressive and will say things to start an argument then play victim. Bi polar karen states that since we accepted the vehicles they are no longer liable. Why then did she ask us to get estimates? Again, apparently you're supposed to be very nice to bi polar karen after her driver caused 2k in damage. If not, she won't entertain you. The driver is very thorough when picking up the vehicles and inspecting for damage. Then is in a hurry because he's late and wants to leave when dropping off. Stay away from big talker Kevin and especially bats motorsports. I was active duty for 20 years and had many moves and never encountered this totally unprofessional behavior.
