This was my first time using a shipping company. I had called/emailed other facilities and got quotes and days it would take to ship my bike from california to oklahoma which was going to be 2 weeks. I was about to give up when I saw All Coasts Transport!!! Called the facility and spoke with Mihai who was very courteous and professional(something you don't find now days in customer service/dealing with public in person or via telephone) Needless to say, All Coasts Transport is AWESOME!!! Mihai kept me posted on what was going on via email or telephone. My bike was picked up on Sun and was delivered Mon. less than 24hrs!!!!! THANK YOU All Coasts Transport!!!!!!!
