I was referred ti All Day Auto Transportation bya local Car Dealership (Coggins Nissan at the Avenues) in Jacksonville, Florida. All Day Auto Transportation stepped in and helped us out after the Coggins Nissan had tried for 4 straight days to hire another auto transporter. I was in a real bind, and All Day Transportation helped out tremendously.

My initial contact was with Kim _________ (she did not leave her last name). Kim was very friendly and very helpful. She stayed on line while her manager, Daniel Bliffield, sent me over the documents to sign. I also received a follow up email from Kim to confirm the information we talked about on the phone.

My transportation was assigned to R&R Auto express however their truck broke down, so my vehicle was quickly assigned to Poker Auto Tarnsportation Corp. I was communicated this change very quickly. I was not notified when the vehicle wa actually picked up. I spoke the sales person at Coggins Nissan, and he claims that he was not notified either. The sales person stayed until 8:30 PM, so it must have been a very late pick up. However, the vehicle was picked up the day they told us, Nov 30 and it did arrive on Dec 2, which they also told us. However, it was not delivered until 8:00 PM. I had been waiting for a phone call all day, and finally alled the carrier twice. They were very responsive each time. However, it was much later than I ever expected. It was also very dark at the time of delivery, and I was ony able to inspect the vehicle with a flashlight, which was very difficult.

In the end, I am glad that All Day Transportation was able to step in and help us out.
