I sent a request on the internet for a transport quotation in order to get a budgetary number for transporting a classic car. At the time, I had not purchased the car. I received serveral quotes via email from several brokers. A young woman named Penny from All Day Auto Transport followed up their internet quote with a telephone call. I explained that I had not yet purchased the vehicle and would get back to her when and if I did. She politely asked me if she could follow up in five days. I said yes. Penny continued to courteously follow up with me until I had purchased the car. She was professional and courteous at all times. Since she followed up so diligently to get my business, I felt that this company would do right by me, so I hired them to transport my vehicle. Everything was completed exactly as Penny had described. I signed my contact on Friday, my vehicle was picked up the following Monday, and it was delivered to my Florida location that Friday! Service was great. The truck and the driver were great! My car was delivered in a clean enclosed trailer as described without any problems. I would definitely used this group again.
