Brett was courteous, prompt and direct. I was in a pinch and needed a truck immediately. I was trying to purchase a vehicle, and the seller was losing his patience, as I would not commit to paying until the car was on a trailer, and the company I originally hired left me hanging for 8 days. I made initial contact with Brett in the late afternoon, and the car was on a truck at noon the next day.
