It would have been nice if the transporter would have contacted us sooner. We heard from them the night before the car was to be picked up. I made a couple of calls before someone got back to me to confirm a pickup time. Once the vehicle was picked up the driver stayed in touch with us to keep u up to date. I would use them again.
