I always attempt to acknowledge good service when I receive it, but when I experience exceptional service, I write about it. This was my experience in working with All Day Auto Transportation. Large corporations spend millions to promote and protect their brand, and all of my contacts at All Day Auto Transportation demonstrated they understand the importance of professionalism- they were extremely professional and personable. If I had to leave a voice mail, my call was return promptly- everybody speaks English at All Day Transportation. All aspects of the agreement to transport my vehicle were honored as promised. The equipment used for the transportation was the best possible by industry standards- and most importantly, there were no surprise charges or any deviations from the agreement. Finally, I will add, my car was being transported from Starkville, Mississippi- where my son is a student- to Nashville, Tennessee. To provide context, there is no train, bus, or plane you can take to Starkville, but All Day Auto Transportation assured me they would pick-up and deliver my car safely to Nashville- and they did. I provide my highest endorsement for All Day Auto Transportation services and would absolutely not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my family, friends, or colleagues.
