Great Service, but Some Communication Problems

All Day Auto Transport is a broker. They were very upfront about this and their service was great, however there were some communication problems with the actual carrier. ADAT advised that I would pay the balance due when the car was delivered, but the driver required payment when he picked up the car. He was also not aware that the vehicle was non-operational, so when he arrived he wasn't very happy. We had to help him push the vehicle out of a parking lot so he could load it onto his truck. I did confirm that ADAT advised the carrier company that the vehicle was non-operational, so the disconnect was on the carrier's end, not ADAT's end. The vehicle was transported safely and arrived on time, so in the end it all worked out. I would definitely use ADAT again - their service was great, but I would be sure I also communicated directly with the carrier/driver myself before they came to pick up the vehicle so everyone is on the same page about payment and the vehicle's condition.
