Excellent - they came through for me

I purchased a vehicle in Indiana to be shipped to Colorado. The original transport company I was working with (a large one) kept telling me that a "carrier has not been assigned yet".

I did more research and found All Pro, and called them. I talked to Andrew who gave me some info on the different types of transport companies and the service that All Pro can offer. Brent later called me personally and discussed in detail that my shipment was most likely posted on a web site until a carrier (who knows who and where from) would be assigned to it and pick up my vehicle. To me, there were just too many unknowns with my original transport company, - what carrier, when, etc , and this process was new to me. It made me a little anxious knowing I had purchased a vehicle in another state, was waiting for a carrier, and I had no clue when I would get the vehicle. The previous transport company was a large company, and I don't think they really cared too much either. They would not commit to a date or even a window. At least that was my impression from talking to them - same story - no carrier assigned yet, but it is on our "hot list" - what the heck is that- like that is supposed to make me feel better??

After I called All Pro, Brent mentioned that they work with a specific carrier that leaves Indiana every Monday to Colorado. He explained the process, how it would work, the cost, etc. I signed up immediately. Brent also took his time with me to provide additional assurance on the process, etc. Their fee was also very competitve and reasonable.

Sure enough, that next Monday, my vehicle was in transit to Colorado and received that Wednesday when promised. This was a nerve racking experience of buying a vehicle from another state, and All Pro really came through for me. Who knows when I would have received my vehicle from the other transport company.

Brent kept me informed of the shipment which also gave me relief my vehicle would finally be arriving soon.

All Pro's web site is great, their customer service from my experience is excellent. If I had to do it again (I hope not any time soon), I would definitely use All Pro and would recommend them to anybody shipping a vehicle. My vehicle arrived when promised, was in the same condition as when it left. 5 stars based on my experience.
