car was picked up in tx. Driver was courteous and called several times to update me on his arrival. There was a bad storm whiched delayed his arrival due to wrecks. Scheduling was done on line with no problems. People called to double check the dates. The truck driver actually made it to NC a full day earlier whiched helped us have our car that much sooner. Hope this helps you with your decision. It was a good decision for me.
