All the horror stories I heard about auto transportation had made me quite nervous. But my experience with All-pro was more than satisfactory - It was hands down amazing! Courteous, professional, caring, prompt. And a big part of this experience was Roy Aviel, the sales person who I was in contact with at the All-pro throughout the move. Right from my first call, I clearly remember I felt comfortable. First of all, the price was right. No questions about it. I had asked for quotes from several companies and All-pro was the most reasonable of all. Then Roy's courteous and professional attitude was icing on the cake. I did not decide right away and took a few weeks before I even got back to them and told them that I was going to be using them. I only got one single call from Roy, as a follow-up, during this time, which I thought was very appropriate and non-pressuring.

After everything was settled, one day before my move, I had to delay my move plans and called Roy about it. I was expecting some kind of penalty or hassle, which I was ready to deal with. But Roy and his managers were very nice about it. My move was re-scheduled without much trouble. I know it was a big hassle for them, but they did it very smoothly. As long as I was going to be using them, they told me it was ok. This worked perfectly for me.

When the time came, the pick-up and delivery were on-time. I know a lot of this also depends on the carrier too, but I was prepared for that. I was actually expecting some kind of hiccup or something, but luckily the truck driver came on time, loaded the car, and then the delivery was also right on-time. I mean, I appreciated the fact that I had his direct cell number (provided by All pro). I was in contact with him thoroughout.

Roy Aviel and All-pro have my highest possible recommendation. I will use them again without any doubt.
