Great car transport experience!

I found this company here because there were low price quotes COMBINED with great reviews. I know you are not supposed to go with the low bid, but since the reviews were great I did so. I needed to move my car from Bay Area, CA to Dallas, TX.

It was a cakewalk to get a quote and sign up. Simply put a deposit down ($150) and you are on your way. I decided to call them to confirm that the order was in the system and they were really nice when they really had no incentive to be, they were just nice and made it very clear that if I had any questions to go ahead and call them and they'd be happy to answer them.

My dad was shipping my car and told me the truck driver for this order called and scheduled a mutually convenient time for him to pick up the car. The pick up was painless and the driver gave my dad his name and phone number to give me so that if I needed to know where my car was at any given time, I could just call.

About 4 days later he called to say that he would be in the next day, and on the 5th day he called to schedule a time to come down. He was able to deliver the car in the evening which was perfect for us. The car came without any problems whatsoever and the unloading of the car was painless. I just handed the driver the rest of the amount of the delivery ($475, payable by cash or money order [any maybe casiher's check?]) and that was that. Oh yeah, and he walked around the car to make sure there were no new scratches or dings.

Even with using reviews, car transport can be a scary thing because someone you don't know has your car and is bringing it over a long distance. All-Pro Auto Transport reduced the fear as much as an auto transport can (let's face it, no matter what there is always some fear, but having great customer service and no shadiness goes a long way).

I would definitely use them again for another car transport and would recommend to others!
