contracted and paid $150.00 deposit on Oct. 21. 2010
Car available for pick up Oct. 24, 2010

No contact with me or seller during this time, I had to call them each time.
I was told each time, they did not have a contact carrier yet.
Learned seller was leaving town soon and really needed to know pick up date.
Finally got manager on phone whose solution to the problem was to tell me he was canceling my order and refunding my $150.00.

No offer of aplogy or offer of any concessions he could make to make me (the customer) happy; just refund and get out of my face.

Now have to contract with another carrier and pay $250.00 more for priority pick up.

How do these people stay in business?
