We apologize for the experience you had with our company but, to start of with, we have been in business since May of 2014. We have a combined experience of 20 years in our office. The software we use to price our leads, is the same system all the other brokers use to price their leads. Our dispatch team worked very had to find you a carrier to go from Gladstone, Oregon to Draper, Utah. Your route was a very difficult route mostly due to the fact that Draper, UT is off of the carriers normal route and they consider it a deadheading route. We were able to find a carrier who was willing to go off their route for you, ON TOP of that it was an ENCLOSED carrier which is naturally extra money. We worked very hard on getting your vehicle moved in the time frame that you had provided to us. Depending on route and availability, it can possibly take up to 10 days to find a carrier. Again, I apologize that you feel the way you do but, our dispatch team worked very hard for you and we feel if there were available OPEN carriers your price would have never increased. Because there was not, we had to put in the leg work to find a carrier and we did our job to the best of our ability with the options we had at that moment for your route and your schedule.
