You booked this order on 11/18/2014 to move your Mercedes. We provided a welcome call where you informed the order needs to be placed on hold because the deal for the car fell through. You send us an e-mail on 11/21/14 that says: The earliest date that the dealership in New Rochelle will release the ML 350 is Wednesday 11/26. We began to search for carriers as of 11/24/14. I am not sure if you were aware but, that's Thanksgiving week. Most carriers either hike their prices during the holiday, if, they are on a route or, they stay home until after the holiday. On 12/2/14 Steve called to provide a status on your transport and you informed you booked with someone else.
The agreement you electronically signed on November 20th clearly states that pick up will be from 3-5 days depending on route and availability and delays can occur. If you do not allow us to fulfill our agreement there are penalties. If you would have allowed the appropriate time frame to move your vehicle I'm pretty sure we would have had that vehicle picked up the week of the 2nd.
I apologize that you feel the way you do but, this is a auto transport company, not a taxi service. Everything is based on route and availability in this industry. We are all brokers and we all use the same software to communicate with carriers.
Your cancellation is under review and should be processed in the next week.
