i recently moved to Texas and needed my car shipped ASAP. ive been calling around to get quotes and Carlos emailed me and said he could ship my car for $649.00. i looked at reviews and everything seemed good so i went ahead and called on Dec 14th. i told him i needed my car shipped ASAP and he said if you want shipped on the 17th you need to place the order now, so i talked to my husband first he said go ahead and i called carlos back and placed the order. i gave him my bank info and he told me it would be $95 when my car was picked up and $550 once it was delivered. i agreed and he told me he would call back after he found a driver. couple days go by and i havent heard anything so i called him on the 17th and asked him what was going on. he said he wasnt working that day which at that point i did not care i needed to know what was going on, he said i dont know why a driver hasnt contacted you yet im going to call them now and call you back later today, time goes by never received a call. on the 19th i was getting fed up so i emailed both email addresses and called both numbers this time never got a response for email and both numbers i was sent to voicemail. i told them in the email as well as the voicemail to throw my information away i was going with someone else. i finally received a call back from Taylor who was very nice and respectful she told me they had let Carlos go and offered me a deal to ship my car for $800 but at that point i didnt trust them so i went with someone else. Worst experience ever i would not recommend this company
