Trixie will make you promises and not deliver on your specifications! Once i signed the contract, they assigned a driver, and the specifications I gave them for pick was not entered in the contract, and not honored. Be sure that your requirements are spelled out in the contract and don't take their word that they will meet your expectations. They ask for your credit card to book the shipping and they put the charge through immediately. Once they get your money, they act as if you are bothering them when you call to let them know that your agreement is being honored by the driver. All i'm saying is they are not an honorable company and DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!
