I bought a car in CT and wanted to transport it to Canada.

After waiting two weeks for other company to pick up the vehicle from CT, I was referred to this companhy by a salesperson at a dealership. I was told that the vehicle would be picked up in a week. This company and I made a contract , and I was told that the vehicle transport would be handled by a canadian company called Snowbird Auto Connection, and Lynn told me she would be the first call as I was her customer and the Snowbird Auto Connection would be transporting the vehicle. Vehicle was picked up a about 10 days later than scheduled, which was quite ok and delivered late accordingly due to late pick-up.

The vehicle was delivered with damages, and I started dealing with Snowbird Auto Connection, the actual transporting company and experienced hard time dealing with. (I'll post another review for sSbowbird later.)

I tried to contact All Source Transport to get help as it was my first call. I emailed and phoned several times, but they never received phone calls, returned phone calls and wrote me back. I was left alone in the middle of nowhere to fight the damage, but the company which took my money did not do anything for me. I don't know if they did something to resolve the issue in the background, but it was not satisfactory that they completely ignored all communication.

Friendly before getting money and ignoring after getting money or after something happens. I would never return to those companies.
