All Star scheduled her vehicle only one day after placing the order for a pickup the day before her flight so that she could use her car up to the last day. Her representative also discounted her quote more than the $50 military discount we offer to help her in her difficult situation. She was also notified that the route from TN to NJ is an average of 5 to 7 days for delivery. It is unfortunate that Jenny speaks so negatively about a company that was nothing short of professional and polite to her every step of the way.
