Do not, i repeat DO NOT, ever do business with this company...EVER. I'm not even convinced they are a real auto transport company, just a bunch of con artists sitting in a basement somewhere stealing people's money. I spoke with Lisa of the phone who promised me a quick delivery with "no problem" and the cheapest delivery at that. So, I gave her my credit card information for the $249 deposit that was required in order to pay for the driver's fees. The next thing I know, my entire checking account is WIPED of all its money. I had $0.00 left, they took everything. When i call back, Lisa said "it must've been a mistake" and promised she'd refund me. When I wasn't refunded, I called back but she didn't answer. I called several times that day and left voicemail, but she never answered. A few days later when she finally answered my call, I said I wanted a refund for the whole thing and that I didn't want their service anymore, she said all sales were final and a refund is impossible (even though they never said that before, and I never signed any contract or agreement). She said she had a driver to pick up my car but that NEVER HAPPENED. A week later, I spoke to a man at the company about my situation and he was even more rude than Lisa was!!! Yelling me over the phone even though I had been nothing but nice. Then he hung up on me mid sentence...TWICE. They are both unproffesional criminals who do not do what they promise. I AM BROKE NOW BECAUSE OF THEM. And on top of that, I am moving in 5 days, but my car has yet to be shipped. THANKS FOR NOTHING ALL STAR AUTO. If I could rate a negative star rating, I would.
