SCAM!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I would give them a 0/5 if I could!! They charged me $299 out of the agreed contracted price of $699. They we're rude and they had terrible customer service! I am in the military and had orders to report to my next duty station. After several back and forth conversations (me calling them not the other way around) I was forced to leave my car with a neighbor because I had to leave. After being 2 weeks later than what they agreed, my car was finally picked up. When it was delivered the driver would not release the car to me until a cash or check payment of $685 was made to a different company! What the hell was the $299 for then? (Also the drivers company was based in Ukraine so pretty sure this was extra shady) When I called to complain I was hung up on, repeatedly. This is the worst company ever!! Such a scam!!!

We called Joe and told him we had an enclosed truck to transport his car and asked if he wanted that and what it would cost (as enclosed trucks cost more.) He happily agreed, so we were surprised to see this negative review from him. ????
