DO NOT USE!!!!! If there was a negative star, this company would get one. I had an awful experience similar to that of Matthew and Alexander. I was flexible in my window of pickup and drop off; however, I feel I was NOT a priority or even on their radar. I signed a contract on the 15th of the month and had to constantly email them to get any updates, which there never was. They couldn't even provide me with a time frame. Finally, the manager Steve got involved and miraculously found a carrier that same day of inquiry (this was on the 23rd). He called and said it would be 100 dollars more than what I was quoted because it was 'expedited' shipping. When I called to discuss, I told him it couldn't be expedited when I signed the contract on the 15th and have been waiting for an update. I then asked for a refund in which he said was not going to happen per the contract. Then he hung up on me. In an email to them, I told them to go ahead and provide shipping. If I wasn't going to get a refund then I might as well have them to provide the service. However, they will longer will take my calls NOR my emails. I have never been treated with such disrespect. They have my deposit and clearly don't plan to provide the service, in which they are not fulfilling their part of the contract. I have reported them to the BBB. I hope this review saves you from the nightmare of dealing with this greedy, unreliable company and their unprofessional staff.
