I apologize Mr. O'reilly that we didnt get the job done for you. We always try our best to keep everyone happy but not every transport can go perfect. I gave you a reasonable price that could definitely get the job done but it wasnt on your time and I undestand the frustration with our company but as you can see we never run into a problem like we had with your skid loader. We had a driver to do it for $300.00 dollars more but you declined to take it. We learned from this situation and will make sure to do better on those certain types of transports. I apologize again and hope the next transport you do will be less complicated and so do we.
