The auto transporter was on time with the window that was given to me. I was not required to put money down, however, upon assigning of a driver, I was charged $100. This process WAS very thoroughly explained to me. The shipping time was just over a week, which was also explained to me prior to the shipping. When my car arrived, it did have some minor scratches around the exterior of the vehicle in various places. I do not believe this was the drivers fault, however, they were not on there when I shipped it. I am in the process now of getting compensated for those damages. All State has overall great customer service. I was going with another company before Casey called me, and decided to change carriers to All State, due to his knowledge and enthusiam. Casey went out of his way to help me get the information I needed about the other carrier. I felt that he genuinely wanted to help- even after I told him I would not be choosing All State. All State was wonderful at keeping me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and everything else. I have already recommended this service to a few- in fact, my mom and dad also just used All State to transport a vehicle of their own. The driver was very pleasant to talk with, especially after I have heard alot of horror stories about "shady drivers." If I have to ship a vehicle again, I will definitely go with All State.
