It was my first time transporting a vehicle and based on stories heard from friends, I was prepared to hear false promises as WE HAVE A DRIVER FOR YOU!!!, but instead ASC educated me about this industry, explaining me about posting my order to a place where every driver has access to, and they choose the orders according with their routes. Also they emailed me and called me everytime other cars were picked up with same route as mine and similar type of vehicle, in order to compare with mine and make some changes, if necessary. I was a bit cautious about being charged the deposit before finding me a driver, but they didnt charge until the day they found me a driver.
My vehicle is already in North Carolina!!!!!
