For this to be my first experience with shipping a car I was extremely disappointed. They were going to pick up my car two days after I booked, at witch time I had to pay a deposit then one truck broke down, one truck had a cancellation and did not pick up my car with little or no notice. It ended up taking two weeks to pick up the car and then they raised the price on me with no notice when they knew I had no choice. The driver showed up at this end three days late, he was covered in oil/grease top to bottom and had to get in my car to drive it off the truck. When I got in my car I realized that he had been in the car several times moving it on and off and the inside had oil/grease everywhere. I would never use Shawn and his company again. It appears to be a one man show and he does not have the connection with the truckers.
