I requested their service for a car to be picked up in NY and brought to Ct. I was promised a pick up on 3/28 at a specific time and the truck never came. I was given the same excuse another customer reported on this review site where they claimed the truck broke down. They would not give me a drivers direct number until I pushed. When given the number to the driver is was just another number directing me back to this sham company. Also EVERYONE I spoke to spoke in extremely broken English and it was clear that everyone working there was from S.E. Asia somewhere. This company, if it really is one, is a complete and utter sham - DO NOT WASTE A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME WITH THEM. They also go by Autotransport1a. They have changed their website 3 times in less than a week. BEWARE!
