I have used All state to state on more than one occasion. I never had any issues until this last car shipment from CA to GA. My car did not get picked up on the date that was promised. I informed the dispatch that I would be on a plan in two days and needed the car picked up before I left. Since it did not happen I had to have a friend handle the pickup for me. In addition I had to pay more money for the person transporting the vehicle. Finally my car got picked up and the driver said he was not going to take my car because I had packed my things in it and the weight would affect his ability to transport nine vehicles. I informed him that I always packed my car for transport. He requested $150 cash in order to take the car that day. I'm in GA but luckily my friend had cash on him so he paid the guy. My car was picked up and made it safely to GA within a week. I paid my friend the money back and more for any inconveniences and appreciation for handling the pickup from CA. Even after this I would use All state to state again because they have been reliable in the past. One bad occurrence doesn't affect the relationship we have built over the years.
