The first guy they sent out to pick up the motorcycle had a broken shoulder , and could not help load it, so 2 days later they sent out someone else . When they delivered it, they could not find the drop off address, so they dropped it off in the middle of the street 5 blocks away. The delivery drivers spoke little english. To their credit, at least there was no damage.
