I am in the US Navy. I needed to have my car transported from Florida to Minnesota. After two different companies exceeded their contract time AND grace period, I went back online to find another company. It had already been nearly a MONTH since I hired the first company to transport my vehicle. Marco was the first one to call me back, and was my constant representative. I wasn't transferred to 9 different people all giving me some excuse as to why they couldn't do what I was paying them to do. I was already frustrated with the lack of customer service from the other companies, and instead of telling me that it will take 2 weeks to find me a driver to transport my car, he found one WITHIN ONE HOUR. My car was picked up the following day, and delivered to my door step 3 days later. This was the smoothest transaction, friendly customer service, and went above and beyond to make me happy. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
