Given my prior experience with a moving company across the country, I was incredibly apprehensive about dealing with a transport company and getting ripped off. I was very clear about my concerns, and Mike was very much willing and able to walk me along every step of the way in a professional and courteous manner. There were a couple of changes, first one change to the initial price quote once a driver was found, but I was alerted to that right away and asked if I wanted to continue. Once paperwork was filled, there were no other changes. The initial pick up date was changed slightly at the last minute, but it was not a problem for us, and that process went smoothly as well. Communication with the driver was easy and consistent, and everything I was told to expect went as promised.

The car arrived on time and was delivered in good shape without incident. What more can one ask? Thanks, Mike!
