I, as many of us, have never shipped a car before and learned a lot in this process. Ernie was patient and answered all of my questions.

I had a narrow window of time for pick up as we had travelled out of town to purchase the vehicle. I now understand that there many factors that impact the pick up and delivery times when shipping a vehicle. I do feel that All States Car Transport was professional and prompt in having my vehicle shipped and did their best to work within my time frame.

In this review I checked that the pick up was late only so that I can note it was not picked up on the first available date. It was picked up the second day and I think this was acceptable. Same comment for the delivery. You need to remember that each pick up and delivery is impacted by those before and after your vehicle.

I felt the price was competitive and appreciated the on line ratings and Better Business Bureau rating as well.

There was a snafu that affected the delivery by about 12 hours, but alas, the car was delivered inn good condition and the gentlemen were polite and professional.

So thank you All States Car Transport for helping through this project.
