Dear Stacy,
First let me apologize for your horrible experience with the driver. We are a brokerage company, like other auto transport companies initially, and use hundreds of carriers throughout the country. We did secure a carrier for your date. Unfortunately his truck broke down and was unable to pick you on time. We did find other driver for you in a matter of 10 minutes that went to pick up on 8/15/13. In this industry unfortunately things happen with trucks and driver’s schedules. The driver did not feel safe coming to your house, which in some cases in understandable with these large trucks. Regarding the $75 discrepancy, I checked the history of your order, of which we have records, the price did Not change. What you paid was the same as our initial quote amount.

I tried to speak with you to see what went wrong but you gave me an attitude and hung up on me.
I am working very hard for a living and my company is my pride. I take every customer very seriously and personally and am trying to help.
