They bid the job of retrieving a 1928 Willys Knight automobile from Canada and delivering to my home in Illinois at $1900. I specifically asked if that included taxes, fees, etc to cross the border into US. They sent me an email that said that it did include those fees. I gave them my credit card number and signed the contract. Then they immediately charged my credit card $380. Then 2 days later I was contacted by another carrier named Turbo Auto Transport who wanted my credit card number. They said they had been contracted by All States to haul the car. They also stated they had no idea what the total cost would be. I complained to All States and sent them a copy of the email where they had quoted me a total price of $1900. They ignored it and said that they had just brokered the deal and would not refund the money. So then I worked with Turbo Auto Transport to get the car. They stalled about 3 -4 weeks until the weather was terrible in Canada and told me they could not haul the car. They wanted an extra $500 - $700 to haul it in an enclosed carrier. Finally I called yet another carrier who went up to Canada and brought the car right to me. So the total cost was $380 stolen by All States for doing Nothing... another $1400 for the people who really went to get it, and lastly $561.35 from Turbo Auto for doing paperwork to get across the border and taxes etc.. For a total of $2341.35. This was supposed to be $1900 as contracted by All States Car Transport Company. I believe they are liars and thieves and have no business in this industry. Everyone should beware and not do business with them. Pastor Charles Jeanblanc

Mr. Charles reserved and order with All States from Canada to Illinois we include all the fee accept custom when you import car from other country it’s all depend on the country fee and roles we never include custom on international transport because we are not able to know until the car is in custom. We didn’t add money for taxes or tools. We are a broker we do not have our truck and we do charge after we dispatch an order. Mr. Charles was contact by Turbo after we arrange everything for him and the require payment for their services our contract clearly says in section 16: “Once All States assigns this transport to a carrier, the agreed upon payment amount will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer. All payments are non-refundable once All States assigns this job to a carrier and full payment may be retained and considered earned by All States. In addition, a cancellation fee of $100.00 may be charged if the order is cancelled after a carrier is scheduled at All States sole discretion.” Please read the contract you sign we did charge you only after we got you a carrier and the only extra charges was custom wish Margo inform you it’s not include in the total. We are doing business for 5 years and we ONLY charge after dispatch (having a carrier) we never charge you up front and only charge your card after we confirm the carrier for you.
