You reserved an order with Vanessa on 1/27 for first available date 1/30 we have a driver to pick you up on 1/30 and deliver on 2/3 carrier was trying to contact you but you never answer their call. on 1/31 you call our office and changed the first available date to 2/1 we sent a second driver for pick up on 2/1 and deliver on 2/5.
We charge on dispatch not on delivery please read your contract that you say you didn’t sign but we email you a print out of IP address with your email on it to show that the ip is in Fort Myers FL and it’s the same Ip for all our communication include the first time that you request a quote, we also have two dispatch sheet for two different carrier , we need to pay dry run fee for them saving the spot on their truck for your vehicle your car was not pick up because of you not because we didn’t find you a carrier we didn’t charge you reschedule fee of $125.00 for not using the first carrier and finding you a second one. We are willing to keep you the right to use the charging a mount for future charge (up to six month from charging day) use with one of our excellent carrier services.
