Mr. Beasley, Let start with you telling the truth we pick up the day we told you and delivery on the day we told you yes the driver was late 3 hours do to traffic that was out of is control. I’m the owner I spoke with you call you back and gave you all info on Friday (day of delivery) you spoke with Vanessa and insist of talking to me I was on the soccer field with my son but I take the time and call you, I explained I’m on the field and don’t have access to computer and gave you same answer as Vanessa I was with the driver on the phone and he update me with everything that happen, he was informing you every step of the way even that you where unpleasant to talk to him and complained on is accent all I wish for you is that someone will talk to you mother or wife the same way you talk to me.
