Unhealthy Poor service

This is the worst shipping company I have shipped my car with, i Have shipped my car many times with different companies, and all state shipping is the worst. First of all the customer service is very poor. On the day my car was due I called and they made silly excuses and told me it was going to be there in 2 days, after 2 days, I called and was told it will be there in a week. making me stranded/ car less in my new town. The lady I talked to was very rude, and not considerate, considering the fact that my car was more than a week late, she made very bad comments to me am so surprised how she manages to keep her job( for instance when I told her she wasn't being fair she replied " U can write to Obama about that I don't care" wow. IF U ARE THINKING ABOUT SHIPPING UR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY, I THINK YOU SHOULD RETHINK YOUR OPTIONS. When I finally recieved my car, some things in my car were destroyed. I totally regret doing business with this company. I recommeded this company to 2 of my friends prior to my car being shipped and because the service was so poor, my friends now blame me for all the mishaps which is not fair.

I would like to apologize for your experience with us. But this complaint is with the carrier, not with All States. We have forwarded your issues with the carrier and have never had any problems with them in the past. They have shipped dozens of cars for us with no complaints. They have a 100% rating as well. The communication between the carrier's dispatcher and the customer was unacceptable and we will not be using the carrier again. We only were notified when the car was going to be delivered later than originally stated, which can sometimes occur in this business. When we called the carrier to discuss the delay in delivery, the carrier said they offered the customer a discount to accommodate them. All States prides itself in having happy customers and great customer service. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
