They were up front, honest and delivered on their own expectations to get my vehicle delivered.
Original quote was low with the hopes of picking up a driver that needed to fill a load, and ended up with a driver that picked up within my time constraints (cost a little more, but saved on the storage fees). Vehicle was picked up one day earlier than I needed to avoid auction lot storage charges. Initial estimate was to have vehicle on Saturday, but was quickly contacted to let me know that they would not arrive until Sunday. Truck arrived as discussed with no problems.
Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.
