Julian is truly a client services & logistics expert and is quite possibly the best problem solver that I have worked with in my 15 years in the industry. He was able to keep our mutual client calm and focused during the very stressful time period shortly following Hurricane Matthew and the uncertainty of moving their very important shipment through southern and central Florida within an extremely tight delivery window. Julian was also available to help us with routing and communication to make the most efficient time possible through some extremely difficult circumstances during transport. Without his knowledge and expertise it's hard to imagine a timely delivery and over-all positive outcome and customer experience. I appreciate his focus and diligent efforts.
