Delivered without any issues, but didn't provide services on website

My vehicle was delivered on time and without damage, and I appreciate the driver who delivered it. That being said, I had two issues with All Terrain. The All Terrain website says they offer GPS tracking on all vehicle shipments. I never received a link or any information about it. I asked about it on the phone before using them, and they said it would be offered. I sent a follow up email later, and they said they would give me the link to it if I asked (I asked in the email they replied to). I was given the driver's phone number to call him and literally ask where he was, so that's not GPS tracking.
The other issue I had is that their website says there are no upfront costs. That's not true. I had to pay $100 to All Terrain before they would assign a driver/company to deliver our car, so they need to take that off the website. I saw another review that said the same thing. It wouldn't be a big deal whether you pay before or after, if they didn't make certain claims on their website. Their website even warns you to watch out for other companies who want money up front!

Good afternoon Mr Cliff we apologize the missunderstanding you present,, But according as we spoke on the phone after you post this review You only paid the 100 dollars loading fee when we provide you in detail the information of truck and driver that is going to make your pick u that was when we charge you the loading fee. NOT BEFORE... THAT IS NOT UPFRON.. * TOTALLY FREE RESERVATION, NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS (you only pay when driver is assign and you have drivers information) To make a reservation yu dont have to pay.... Also with the gps tracking system if you check teh initial quote say: "Most of the trucks have gps tracking available." this mean the drivers that do the most comon rooute have them, if not we provide you driver phone for updates or you can call us at any time.
