Mr Paul we apologize the inconvenience you had with ATL.
we understand that you feel frustrated but we worked really hard to schedule your pick up with your budget.
also just to keep in mind we didn't charge you nothing so we don't really understand why you said "scam artist" looks like you don't know the meaning. Also if we were scams artist as how you accuse us we wouldn't be a 5 star company with hundreds of satisfied customers.
we are not perfect but we work really hard to keep satisfied customers!!
we understand you feel frustrated but remember with ATL reservation is totally free we never charge deposit or any upfront payments
