This was the first time I was shipping a car and was a bit nervous of the process as I read so many reviews on so many companies. After a coworker recommended this company, I went ahead with it. Phillip Smith was my guy and he was great. He told me what to expect and everything was smoothe. Not a lot of back and forth was needed. I would recommend him to anyone and would ship again with him. My only complaint is the actual driver although he was always responsive when I texted him about the status. That was the good part but he ended up delaying the delivery of the car by 4 days which was not an issue if he would have said that in the first place. Every day he would give me a ETA and it would change which was a bit annoying when it came to planning my day. But overall everything was great, car was in the same way I shipped it, a but dirty on the outside but it was an Open carrier so that was expected. I also was nervous about filling the trunk with some of my items that had no real value (hangers, spare tire, etc.) and all was in tact and delivered the same way I packed it. I am happy and my worries before shipping was unnecessary. Thank you Phillip!
