I contacted Chuck when I was desperately trying to ship our car from TN to CA. I had experienced terrible, unreliable, unprofessional service from another company that had failed to complete the job despite repeated promises. Chuck was kind, professional, helpful, and most importantly he was efficient and got the job done! Our car was picked up in TN within hours of my first conversation with Chuck, and it was delivered to CA 3 days later. Every part of the process happened exactly as he said it would, and I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and the delivery of our car. I will absolutely call Chuck again if I need to ship another car. Chuck listened to my concerns, explained the process, and quickly worked to take care of our car transport need.
