I booked with this company to transport a small car from CO to AZ. Very freindly when talking about the contract and taking my $195 deposit. After that I never heard from them. I called and customer service was very curt and rude. I even tried talking to Eli who booked it for me and he wanted nothing to do with me and was also rude. After 2 weeks of when the car was to picked up, I cancelled the order as I am already in AZ waiting for the car. They do not refund the deposit even though they did not hold up their end of the contract. Once you have signed the contract they take your money and that is it. There is no talking to them to work out a reasonable solution. I'm still looking for a recourse. Avoid this company at all costs!
